It is with great sadness in my heart that I have to announce that after 5 years on the books, Incendia Web Works and HighAvailability.io will be shutting their services down on May 31st, 2021. It has been a good run, and I have met a lot of talented and skillful people along this journey of being your web hosting provider.
All I ask is that once you have moved your data successfully and verified migration, please go into the billing system and request the cancellation. That way, when it is 4pm EST, the cron will run and your cancellations will be processed. This will allow me to see who is left, per server, per day for accounts as we progress to the final days.
Lastly, I just want to say that I appreciate all of you. I really do. I appreciate you putting your trust in me to help you keep your WordPress businesses and blog sites running smoothly all these years. I hope 2021 brings you better news than 2020 and I wish you all the health and success in your future endeavors.

I was asked about refunds. If you have an annual account I will try to get you a refund for full months left on your plan (Annual Plan Price / 12 * Full Months Left). As for monthly plans, no, I will not be processing any refunds.
I can look at refunds once the cancellation is requested and your account's termination day is set (After you have successfully migrated your site I hope!)
This is the two month warning to get your sites migrated, and if you have an annual account, feel free to request a refund for whatever FULL months you have left on your plan.
Please note, I WILL NOT be handling refunds AFTER THE May 31st DEADLINE! Any money that has not been refunded by that day will be used to cover remaining datacenter and licensing costs.
I will be handling refunds, WHILE I CAN. I am wording it this way because I will be shutting down hardware as we proceed towards the end date and migrating remaining sites from that hardware, to existing hardware. This will be done to maintain the finances required to handle both the annual refunds owed and the missing income from the cancelled accounts.
In order to achieve this goal, I will be shutting down hardware and migrating users starting with the following nodes:
Once your site is migrated, you'll be emailed the details and credentials to access your data at that time. If you have not migrated your site to another host by that time, and I do not control the DNS for your site, please make sure to update your site's A entry to the IP address given in your email.

Hi folks, hope all is well.
I'm just emailing out this friendly reminder that the servers are going down in 30 days.
As of right now only 19% of my clients have officially canceled their service and removed their data since the start of Spring. If you receive this email, it means you are part of that 81% that still has work to do in the next 30 days.
On May 31st,
cPanel nodes are going down.
Billing/Support system is going down.
PayPal IPN going down (no more processing of money).
Heck, even the domain name (goiww.com) is supposed to expire on the 31st as well, which would be how I would like to officially end things. That would have given me a full 10 years to see what was possible with this domain.
I fear there will be some stragglers though, that happen to not get these emails over the past few months, and will claim they didn't know what was going on when their sites and emails go "poooof!" So instead of explaining to them that they should keep their emails accessible if they utilize a web host for their business, I'll probably just renew the domain and throw it on a small VPS somewhere so I can at least keep the email working. Depending on how things go, I may still simply not renew the domain nor deal with the B.S. because, in reality, we're all supposed to be adults and should have at least some common sense.
We'll see though :)
Oh, and for domain owners that went through me for your domains (eNom reseller), make sure you log in and unlock any protections on your domains so that you can transfer them. Also, make sure your contact information is correct before you do the transfer. Common sense stuff, remember?
Oh, and yes, I'm still processing refunds. If you need one, request one. Remember, I can do full-month refunds for annual plans only. Please don't wait until the last minute to request a refund because that would be silly. If you don't have at least a full month left in your annual plan, don't bother asking for a refund. Also, if you request a refund and set your cancellation date to "end of billing cycle" (on a date past May 31st), do not ask for a refund while leaving me to maintain, host, and backup your data still.
And one more thing, if you cancel your service, make sure PayPal removes your subscription with me. Usually, you should get an email about it, but it's not always the case. If you leave your subscription active, your PayPal will still pay my PayPal, but there will be no record of it in the billing system (because things were canceled). This will help me keep my final books straight when it's time to do taxes.
